error in shopping cart transmission

Hi,

We are having classic scenario.

When we have created a shopping, it unable to create follow document as per config.

But it gives message like "Shopping cart xxxxxxx (PReq. xxxxxxx): 06 310 Purchasing info record xxxxxxx does n ot exist"

I have tried to retransfer but unable to do so.

Please provide solution

Hi Umesh,

there is an invalid inforecord assigned to the SC which doesn't allow the follow-on document creation.

As administrator -in case of erroneous SCs- you should be able to remove the inforecord from the Source of Supply tab of the SC (transaction Monitor Shopping Cart) and assign a new one if needed.

Once you have corrected the SC, you can try to retransfer it:

- either via the alert monitor

- or via the SAP GUI:

-- SPOOL_PO_CREATE (Where the first ID is the SC number, the second one is the ID of the PO. You will find the PO number in the transaction BBP_PD on the item level in the table BBP_PDBEI

-BE_OBJECT_ID).
