Info Rec for Mat Group - Flag for Deletion using Mass Maintainence

Hi All,

Is there a way to flag to delete Info Records created for Material Group using mass maintainance?

What is the process?

Use MEMASSIN for MAss Maintenance of Info Records.

Do a small query or use SQVI to create quey on tables MARA, EINE. Include MARC if you require to select on plant basis also. Get the list of inforecords from that query and use tcode MASS and business object type BUS3003.

If you want do delete complete inforecord go to table EINA and select field Complete (EINA-LOEKZ). If you want to delete at plant level, select Complete in table EINE-LOEKZ.

Hi,

Use Transaction MEMASSIN - Mass Maintenance of Purchase Info Record

Here Select field EINA-LOEKZ (Complete) and Execute Here click on "Choose selection fields" and Add Material field, now click on Multiple Selection button and select Equal to Blank and Execute

Now Activate the indicator for the "Completion" column on the top part of the screen and then click on "Carry Out Mass Change" button which will activate the indicator for all the PIRs in the down part of the screen and then Save it.
