Unable to view the bidders

Dear All,

We are working on standalone implementation scenario.

Query: We have 5 bidders in the SRM system created with all user attributes assigned perfectly.Now we are trying to process the bid invitation and given the bid invitation number.At this moment we could not see all the bidders in the bid list (i.e when we click add button).We are now able to see only one bidder.

Could some body throw some light on this issue.

Thanks for the quick response.

In the table BBPM_BUT_FRG0021,i found the Record_guid,Entity_guid,partner_guid.

Could you please explain me how to move further to find the bidders.

Please cross check PPOMV_BBP the vendors(bidder) are available . cross verify the company code/ pur org. purch grp and vendor relations...with your bid inviation document

Hi,

We were trying to assign the vendor to a Vendor group and we were getting an error saying that " Business Partner is not a Vendor".

Please suggest a solution for this.

However you make a bidder as well as vendor a and assign to org structure.Hope that you would have given pur org information when you create a bidder via web.

for test

maintain the 'vendor' tab for the BP no of yr bidder in the ' manager business partner' in web screen of admin role.

also check whether the contact person of vendor has the follow role

Please make sure that all the bidders have a contact person. Then you would be able to find them in the list.
