date of last goods movement field not getting updated.

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am working on an enhacement and want some help for the same. In the table EQUI there is a field called "date of last goods movement" this sounds like a standard field but its not getting update. Can any one tell me is there a setting that is to be done for this to activate this function.

Please advice.
