Tutorial for connecting to dotnet

I am trying to develop the connection from vb dotnet to sap. Please help me out by the tutorial sites where in i can get learn how to connect to sap and call bapi

i have installed the dotnet and sap connecter also in my system but i am unable to get the sap connector in the project in the templates. Please let me know anything else is required to get the sap connector in the vb

When i try to open a new porject in the vb in templates sap connector is not displayed

Please help me ASAP
