KM Content Import ... Missing Config?

I am attempting a package upload (Content Admin->KM Content->Package Upload iview) into our Portal QA system, the file seems to load (no errors reported) however does not appear in the "Pending Imports" iview. This does work in both our Portal development and production instances that were installed exactly the same way!!

Prior to this error the "Package Upload" iview was not working at all. I found that the File System Repository was missing this entry:

com.sap.netweaver.kmc.expimp

Once added the iview was available and working however it appears that I am still missing some config to get this working.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Thanks, but I have already read those posts. Since posting I did find that I was missing expimp* entries in UI command groups, UI commands and layout sets. I imported the config from DEV to QNA and it allowed me import the KM docs after.
