We did a system refresh, and now the transaction SXMB_IFR points to the wrong host name, how do I change it/fix it?
I also facing the same problem,
SXMB_IFR is not working, some one could you pls give valid points where can we trouble shoot.

This is not an install, it's a system refresh with a database copy, then an export/import of the java stack from produciton.

If this is the case then you did mistake somewhere in assigning hostname.
During installation you configured local SLD?
