Block transaction MBST for especified movement

Hello guys!

I have some problem.

I need block transaction MBST for some especific movement (711, 712).

User can´t cancel material document for this movements.

How can I do?

Hi,

Material Documents with Movement Types 711 and 712 can not be posted and canceled directly.

These material movements happen due to Delivery Document Processing so you have to cancel the Delivery Document in VL09 and the material document will get canceled automatically.

You can get the Delivery Document No from the Reference field of the material document of Movement types 711 & 712.

Yes, it is possible to directly enter inventory postings with e.g. MB1A.

To restrict it you should try to remove or limit the entry in OMJJ Allowed transactions.

Further you should remove the reversal/follow on movement types in OMJJ.

without reversal movement type MBST will fail and issue a message.

Hi,

Go to OMJJ and remove the Transaction MBST for movement type 711 and 712 from "Allowed Transaction" option

And also remove the "Reversal & Follow on Movements" so it will not allow to do cancellation for the above movement types.

In OMJJ already doesn´t have MBST. See here

But i can cancel document in trasaction.

Have you also removed the reversal movement type from option "Reversal/follow-on movement types" for movement type 711.

If yes then i think you have to go for some custom development.
