Unable to save some CATS data.

Hi All,

I am having a problem trying to save some working time via MSS for CATS.

When I enter in a wage type and some time for an employee this is workflowed to their manager and can be approved.

However if I enter some time against a network and activity and save this, it is sent via workflow to their manager, however when they try to approve it you get the below message.

"At this time, you cannot save the following working times since the employees working times are currently being processed or have just been changed.

Save any other data first and wait a few moments.

You can then choose Back and attempt to save the data again. Your approval decisions are retained but you might see data that is out-of-date.

Alternatively, you can restart the application to see the changes that have been made to this data."

I am using the standard workflow task TS31000007.

Can anyone suggest any help?

Hi Saquib,

Thanks for this, but it has not helped. The problem is in MSS when the Manager tries to approve the time. I have no problems entering it in ESS.
