Hi Friends,

I have an issue for a particular product. The product is a configurable machine.If this product is in a Quotation it is giving error like "No Knowledge Base is Found For" that particular product. Please tell me how do I solve this issue.

Hi,

The problem is with the valid from date of KB and the valid from date of the document.

Since the KB valid from date starts after the document valid from date.

Now my question is how do we change the valid from date of Knowledge Base for a particular product.

You ll have to create a new runtime version of your configurable product in R/3 and if the delta download is active, it will update the knowledge base date with the latest one.

Hallo jaya, do your product comes from R/3 ? If you download it from r/3 you should also download the knowledge base for it.
