Hi you can try supportdesk restore

From Help > Support Desk > Restore >

                                                       Numbering File,

                                                       system reports,

                                                       store procedure,

                                                       system queries

good luck.

Dear Sravan,

The issue you are having is due to the corruption in the database.

Please run the following select query :

"Select *

from WOR1

where Docentry not in (Select Docentry from OWOR)"

In case you got any results, please log a message for SAP support on the channel partner portal.

Please check Note no 1060000 for more information on this issue

Also you try to create a new numbering series.

Raghu & Vikas,

I have tried like you said. But no use. Still we have the same problem. I have created new numbering series starting with document number 10000, but still has the same problem.

Thanks,

sravan

Sravan,

When the Production DB is down it is not a time to WAIT. I would suggest you escalate this to SAP Support and mark this as High Priority.

Please check if you have any code in the SBO_SP_TransactionNotification stored procedure which code cause this.

When did this start happening?

Is it for all users?

Are you using the latest patch for your localization?

Dear Sravan Kumar,

Please add a new Number series with Higher series to the existing one as a workaround.

Hi Sravan

There is possibly an error in the document numbering table on SAP Business One. You will need to log this with SAP on the portal.

Kind regards
