Portal - CRM sso problem

we have created crm bsp iview in the portal and configured sso.

sso works fine on the initial access.

however, whenever user access any other workset and comes back to crm workset, he gets a log on pop up. sso doesnt work.

one more thing, if the bsp page is accessed directly from the browser, a link 'Back' appears on the page. it disappears, if the page is accessed from the portal.

pls. help.

Hello, Santosh,

Probably you already found the solution for your problems, but in case you don't: please apply SAP Note 1175127 (as well the notes listed in Related Notes section of that note, if applicable) to solve the problem of missing Back link.

Hi,

I had similar problem, so checked the parameter's and restared the server.

Check the following two system parameters with transaction RZ11:

login/accept_sso2_ticket must be set to 1

login/create_sso2_ticket must be set to 2

and also once the the validity of the ticket.
