I want to add a program in Printout/Data medium tab in F110 . How I can do it ?

Goto TCode F110

Goto Print out / dta medium tab

Enter in the first box the variant for the programe you are using.

The program list box is deactive . I can not choose. how can I active it ?

Check any authorizsation with Basis team.

On printout/data medium tab there are two selection screens.

you may need to add in below selection screen(LIST) give here program name and variant.

And save.
