PT60 - Time Evaluation Error

Hi All,

When running Time evaulation of an employee I am getting the following error.

( I want to change th PL quota of an Employee)

Error entry no. 83 Error when creating absence quota

General information

Rule: 000 quota type 00

No quota type for key 1 06 80 20080328

Plz help me resolve this error.

You seems to go back far in the past: Did your EE had some action change that made him changing its quota grouping?

Did you try to create by hand the quota?

HI,

I want to increase the PL of an employee.

We had done Intercompany transfer of that employee.

I hv checked QUOMO , but it looks right.

ESG & PSA Grouping is also ok.

PT60 runs well for few other employees.

Need ur expert advice to resolve this issue.

Check if you can create the quota manually (PA30). If yes it is not a grouping problem but probably entitlement...

Else

Run time eval with test mode and log for that exact day when it blocks... Check the input and output of QUOTA function.... Check all the selection rules for that day... If necessary, compare with another employee that have runned well...

Hai,

I training client some of the data related to your grouping.

so that we can do one thing.

Create another quota and grouping.

Or else, which error is occured while you creating quotas, we can create that quota without any information just create esg, psg and quota type.

Then it will work.

have you checked quota type selection group and if required QUOMO?
