Notifications: Action Box

Hello Everybody,

Regarding to notifications: action box (follow-up actions) ... Does any of you have previous experience with function modules?

I'm looking for some out of the box function modules when called it up can trigger the following actions:

1) Send an email to a specified person

2) Create a maintenance notification (not a quality notification)

3) Create a maintenance plan

Any clue will be welcome.

If you want to setup the sending of Emails from the Notification actionbox please following the

instructions of the note 208271 ' Sending e-mail from notification print control ' . The note is for

QM but the same also applies for Plant maintenance

I know for a fact there isn't one for creating a maintenance plan..

Have a look at the standard options by going to TCode SE37 and search for QM06*

You can always create your own function modules which can do just about anything...
