Hi,
I want to show a chart on just the first page of a group's data. Currently, the chart shows on each page of data for each of my groups.
So I want the first page to show a trendline for that group, but then the following pages to show just the data (and not the same graph as on the first page)
How can I do this?
Thanks
Dave
Hi Dave
Insert a section under group header. Put the chart on this.
Open Section Expert. Select the section where you have placed the chart and click on the formula button (X-2) for Suppress and put formula for pagenumber not equal to 1 in the formula editor.
The report will display the chart only for the first page.
If your requirement is other than this please let us know.
Hopw this helps!!!

Hi Dave
Open the Sections Expert and select the section on which you have the chart. Click on the X-2 button for Suppress and type the formula like below:
1. Type pagenumber
2. Put greater than and less than symbol together (for not equal to).
3. Type 1
Save and Close the formula editor. Close the section expert window by clicking Ok.
The report will display the chart only for the first page.
If your requirement is other than this please let us know.
Hope this helps!!!

Are you repeating the group on each page currently? If you are, you can either remove that option in the Group Options so that the Group Header only shows once at the beginning of the group, or if you need that option, then make sure that the Chart is in its own physical section of the Group Header (ex. Group Header 1b or whatever), then you conditionally suppress that section using this function:
inrepeatedgroupheader
