Hi all,

During GR with purchase order,sometimes message comes as "the given PO has no items" eventhough PO has been created.

Please Ensure the Following :

Purchase Order is Not Subjected to Release or Purchase Order is Released.

In PO Item Detail Tab No Confirmation key is maintained in Confirmations tab.

Purchase Order Number is Correct.

Apart from above checks, also check in MIGO, is it taking Plant by default at Header level, if yes then remove it and only enter the PO No and then try.

Hi ,

Apart from the above check Ensure that PO is created for Services.If PO is created for Services you can't do GRN.

In addition to the above

1.Check whether line item is marked for deletion or by block indicator.

2.Check in the PO - item details - Delivery tab - Latest GR date,This is the latest acceptable date for goods receipt (GR).

If goods are received after this date, you will receive either a warning message or an error message, depending on the system setting.

If you receive an error message, you will not be able to post the GR.

i gr is not done then check the movemnet type ur using
