Dear guru ,
I manage kanban for a material with 3 status : wait , empty , full.
I want to post goods receipt when I change to status full from empty
But I donu2019t want to create purchase order when I change to status empty from wait , because
we want to create purchase directly with ME21N.
How can avoid to create po when change status to empty ?
How can automatic change status to empty when I create purchase order with ME21N ?
Thanks in advance.
Dear Pradeep ,
I am working with External Procurement strategies.
Point 1 is required for my process.
Point 2 isn't required for my process.
I don't want to create po automatically when i set the status FULL -> EMPTY because the system create one po for every kanban empty. I want to use ME21N in order to create one po
for all the materials required and fill the right field (f.e. delivery date)
Thanks.

Hello
Regarding for point 2 , This what KANBAN process is designed in std SAP. In External Kanban strategy , when set EMPTY status at Demand Source system will create one purchase order automatically for EMPTY kanban at supply source.
I donot think you can avoid the PO creation in Std SAP. I am not sure please check with enhancement.

Hello,
I hope you are working with External Procurement strategies in Kanban.
Point1.
Please Note that with above strategy if you change the status EMPTY -> FULL, system will post GR for PO with mvt type 101. This is SAP standard fuctionality.
Point2.
If set the status FULL -> EMPTY system will create the PO automatically. Why do you want toc reate PO manually then what is advandage of using KANBAN.
Please let us explain your requirment in detail
Regards
Pradeep kumar
