Summary reports

Good day!

Kindly help me regarding these transactions. We need a summary report for Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Receipts (IR) and Goods Issuances (GI). Thank you. Are there any available list displays or tables (in SE16) for the stated transactions?

hi

u can see the gr and iv in me80fn with po histry mode

for the goods issue use mb51 with the issue movement type

u can see the goods movement in mb51

Hi,

You can use tables MKPF and MSEG for Material Documents and for LIV Documents, use Table RSEG and BKPF.

And to refer SAP Standard Reports;

MB51 - Here segregate Material Documents (GR & GI) as per Movement Types.

MIR5 or MIR6 - For LIV Documents

You can get the reports in the std transactions like

MB51 - Material doc list, use mvt type 101,102,& 131 for Goods receipt & use mov type 201, 261, 241, 351, 541 for the Goods issue,

MIR5- List of invoice documents,.
