Dear Gurus,
I have a question...
Can I put an interlock to an activity, i.e. unless one activity is completed, I should not be able to start its successor activity.
Is it possible in any of WBS or network.
The useful answer would be given full marks.
Dear,
You can do this by making FS relationship of successor.
You should connect both activities by Finish to start relationship .
once the first activity is finished the only the second activity is start.
you should go to Project planning Board and the connect both activities.
by default both will connect by FS relationship.
regards.

Hi Parimal,
Yes, you can by defining Finish Start relationship in Network Graphic for these two activities. i.e. the second activity can be commenced only after finish of first activity.
You can also do this in "predecessor activity" detail screen, click on "Relationship Overview", select the activity and tick "FS" indicator. This means that this particular activity is successor to the predecessor activity
