Qty in display mode

hello all,

we want to change the quantity field in line item in purchase order to display mode (read only) after invoice verification

as it is in change mode presently.

Hai,

1.This is a standard SAP functionality as per the business requirement.

In addition to that

1.If u activate release strategy, then u can track this changes in qty.

2.If u activate version management, then u can track this changes in qty.

3.If u want to control this that no one should change the Qty or price after posting LIV, then u can control this by User Exits Concept. Check with ABAPer to do this. You can also check the available user exits for the PO by SMOD TCOde.

There is No such type of Message Functionality to Control this.

The Possible Best Ways are Configuring Release Procedure and Set Release Indicators in such a way that Once PO is Released no more changes are carried out.

Then Other is Configuring Version Management.

Hi

SPRO - MM - Purchasing - Purchase order - Define Screen Layout in that select the Field selection key - NBF in that make the Quantity field in DISPLAY MODE
