Upgrading EP7.0 from SP9 to SP14

Hi there,

We were running EP7.0 SP9 and we recently updated to SP14. But even after updating to SP14 the system information page still shows the older(SP9) information. Also we installed some new components. The information about those new components is also missing. Can someone help me in finding out on what could be the issue.

Hi

Can you do one thing, can you start JSPM and see what is the source version it showing for the upgrade components? As you are doing a SP pack upgrade, its better to select 'support pack stack' upgrade, and based on the target version, system will automatically select the individual component version.

And while doing upgrade, its better idea to, bring down the App servers and perform SP upgrade on central instance.

can you please let us know which components have you upgarded , also was the J2ee , SAP BUILD, JTECHS and all updgraded properly.

weird.... did you restarted the engine?... also maybe refresh the screen with Cntl + F5 to see that the info was not cached on the browser.

I tried by doing both these things. It is not cached. But still couldnt find out what exactly is the problem.
