Retrieve deleted sales order

how can we retrieve deleted/archived sales order?

I dont think it is possible to retrieve the deleted sale order. If you want to track the deleted sale orders, try with user exit User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE

Hi,

You cant retrive deleted sales orders.

But you can view change log of deleted SO by using program RVSCD100

Try it!

For deleted orders Prasanth's suggestion (CDHDR/CDPOS by order number) should work. For archived orders the procedure would be different. You'll need to get help from your Basis admin to locate the archive file and extract it.

Hello,

It may not be possible to get a deleted sales order from the system. You may try to track the same with the user exit as Lakshmi suggested. If you know the order number then try to see the same from tables CDPOS and CDHDR.

But not sure whether you will be able to retrieve the same.
