Workflow - Status - No entry in the que.

Hi,

Workflow is throwing the status 672 with the error (No entry in the queue) after user decision.. the mail is not sent for approval but it is sending for rejection.

This scenario is working in all the systems except the production system.. can anyone quide us what may be the issue.. and how to debug and fix this issue

thanks for the immediate response. the problem is.. the mail is not going only in the case of Approval, in the case of rejection this is working fine.

So, check the trace and binding along with agent assignment it will help you.

Check SWU3 whether its configured or not!!

Check whether WF-BATCH is setup and having authorization of SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.
