Hi All

While running cost estimate the price for a particular Raw material for which the price control is MAP (V) is picking the standard price instead of V while the stratergy sequence in valuation variant is price control i.e.Valuation Price according to price control in Mat Master.

Please check the Material master costing view and accounting view especially price indicator. similary you have to verify the valuation variant what sequence you have identified to calculating the material price etc.,

Hi,

Please review the field in Material Master for the specified material, 'do not cost'. It should have been checked if it is raw material indicator 'V'

Dear Vinay, Double check at your end whether the price control was different on the date of valuation date in the Costing run. If you are sure, the system is picking up the wrong price, you can very well post a message to SAP asking for clarification and OSS notes to set right. Trust this helps much! Cheers, Ashok SINGH
