goto SE11 - give the table name CDHDR.
you can find out your deleted sales orde number.

but in table CDHDR, i could not find the sales order number .

Once the sales order is deleted, it is hard to find out from the system. Some times you may find the same from tables CDPOS or CDHDR, but many time it also won't help to find deleted sales documents from the system.
