Release for Service entry sheet..?

Hi all

can anybody explain me about the service entry sheet release why we are keeping release for SES..

Who should release , whether HOD or enduser..

Please explain me with example ..

hi,

it depends on client.

if end user is the person who knows about the work completed for service entry sheets then release procedure is not necessary.

if end user is the person who is doing the ses in mass scale and supervision/check on his entry is required then release can be put.
