Sequence is similar to that of Numbering Series.

The limitation os Numbering Series is that you cannot have different Series with Same Number. Say for example you have to have 4 Numbering Series for Sales Invoice for locations Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai. You can define 4 Numbering Series but these cannot start with 1.

So you can define sequence in this case for four locations and all sequence nos can start with 1.
