Dear,
Purchasing Org. is very useful field for info record.
Because if you have three purchasing orga. and for all three org. you have purchase same material from same vendor.
So you want to create three info record for all three org.
Because system take info record for purchase order on material, vendor, plant and purchasing org. base.
