Hi,
We planned an upgrade from our current BO R1 to the R2 environment.
BO disapproves an upgrade directly from R1 to R2.
For this we will uninstall the R1 version on the server and install the R2 environment on it.
(Reports and groups will be earlier transferred to a test system so we can re-import them again)
Question:
Does anyone has any experience with this?
Is it possible that some files (dll or other) must be uninstalled manually?
Does BO supports this kind of upgrade?
