Work Flow - SC Approval.

Hi All,

We are on SRM 5.0, The WF is not working...

Reasons

1. when I create a SC, it is not trigerred for approval process.

I also activated the WF WS 10000129 ( one step )& its following event TS 10008000.

When When I check the Approval preview in the SC

System is showing an Error mesage

" Workflow is abigious, Contact system administrator"

Please help me.

Please check workflow start condition. Transaction: SWB_PROCUREMENT.

Is event active? Is start condition logically correct?

Hi Experts.,

We have activated WF WS 14500015, also badi

BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI.

But when I create a SC., it is not abjucted to approval process. We have 4 levels of approval.

I am getting " No Approval Required"..

Please advice on this.

Hi!

Set an external breakpoint in your code, and make sure that the approval table is filled correctly. You need to be logged in to the SRM system with the same user as the breakpoint is valid for.

In my experience, it usually always boils down to an incorrectly filled approval table (and in your case propbably empty).
