PR00 change in Billing

Hi,

Guys my PR00 in order is value say 100 rs. but when i do the

delivery then invoice for the same order the value for PR00 changes to 300rs.

The pr. Proc. is the same for both and even the condition record is the same and the qty too.

Go to VF02, input the billing document and execute. From there go to condition tab and click on "Update" button at the bottom screen so that a screen will appear. Double click on B and see whether the revised price from your pricing condition flows to billing.

B4 doing this, you should have changed the revised price in VK11

Hi SAP SD GUY,

I suspect the copying control may some influences on the PR00. You may want to check the copying control from sales order type to the billing type via transaction code VTFA with the item category.

Hi there,

Check in V/06 if manual changes are allowed in PR00.

Also possible that in VTFA & VTFL, in copy control at item level in pricing type what setting is there. If the setting is B, then new pricing is carried out. So if price changes, it will show different values in order & billing.
