Delete Order from MRP List and Stock Requirements List

Former Member

Hello.

I am not able to delete an order from the MRP List and Stock Requirements Lists.

The MD04 screen shot is as follows:

There is no order number. This order has a Requirement Type "050 = Warehouse Consumption", Allocation Indicator "1 - Consume planning with Assembly"

When ever I click on the edit or display button on the MRP List or the stock requirement list, I get the error: "Selected function cannot be used for the element".

Please help me with this issue.

Sincerely,

Ketan

Hi Ketan,

After Viewing your screen shot it seems that,

Though MRp Element name is Order it's not actually a Order. You can confirm it after seeing in Rec/Reqmt Qnty Column in Stock reqmt list. It's showing as a demand (With - symbol).

If i am not wrong, It's a RM & Dependent demand has flown due to the FG/SFG level sales order has been created at Warehouse/Sales area level.

Would suggest you to check Pegging relation ship of this demand with corresponding FG Sales Order & if you close/Delete that Sales order than this dep, Demand(In this case Order) will also Go off.

Hope it helps. Would like to see your reply.

Hello Manish,

I ran SDRQCR21 program but it could not find anything.

I ran MD74 in test mode but it also did not find anything.

Is there any other method?

Sincerely,

Ketan
