Hi,

Yes, it is possible. In the version profile, you specify the objects to be included in a project version, (for example, WBS elements, activities, production resources/tools, or costs) and when the project version should be created. In the version profile, you can enter as many user and/or system statuses as you want for creating a project version.

Hope it will help you.

A project version does get created automatically when Project Defination Status changes.

But can this automatic creation be done when status of only one WBS below a Project Defination changes.

I have define a version profile with required user status and ahve assigned the same to the project profile. Is there something I am missing?

Thanks.

Santosh.
