No... Mobile as a framework does not support this feature. But there are application like MAM which uses there own way of supporting this i.e, for example MAM has a functionality called Digital Signature Capture which is used to capture the signature of the user using the application and this signature is used in printing the invoice. So you might have to integrate your solution with third party apps which supports handwriting recognition inorder to get this functionality working on Mobile.
