Production order

Hi,

I have production order where is form example 4 components as:

Final product:

itemcode 10

Components

itemcode a1, a2, a3, a4

The prices / method on stock for items are:

a1 - 100 - backflush

a2 - 200 - backflush

a3 - 300 - manual

a4 - 400 - manual

all is in 1 qty

Im doing report completion (everything is on stock) and and on pane Summary I can see:

Actual product costs - 1000 (sum of all components in production order)

Actual component costs - 300 (because only backflush method items was released)

Variance - 700 (1000- 300)

Till now is it ok.

After this I delete line with a4 item.

Then Im doing issue components with manual method and as result is:

Actual product costs - 1000

Actual components cost - 600

Variance - 400

And my question is, why didnt change the actual product costs or where is difference 400 in JE? In JE I can see only receipt of complete product with itemcode 10 for 1000, backflush method for 300 and manual for 300.

How can I now decrease the price of final product in JE, because on stock is it unballanced?

The same situation occurs, when i dont delet the line, but price on stock for manual issue type components changed on stock after Im doing backflush issue.
