Plant / Sales Org / Dist Channel / Material Access using VBN1 (Free Goods)

Dear All,

I want one access like Palnt / Sales Org / Dist Channel / Material using VBN1. I have created the same, but it is not working. I am having Condition type ZA00 and access sequence Z001. During free goods determination, it is diplaying message as follwos :

Condition type Message Description

ZA00 101 Condition record is missing

Access Message Description

07 102 Access not made (initialized field)

Access (complete)

Field in condition table Field in document Value in doc.

Plant Plant @8R@

Sales Organization Sales Organization EM01

Distribution Channel Distribution Channel 30

Material Material 400000088

Valid On 11.09.2008

Please advice how to get rid of this problem.

Hello Animesh,

In ur access seq, I think there are other tables also and exclusive indicator is ticked. What u do is take this cond table of urs as step 1 in acc seq and tick the exclusive indicator.

I have made step 1 in acc seq. In VBN1 access assignment, I think there is exclusive indicator where I can mark the check box on. I have Plant (WERKS) filed in the allowed filed catalogue which was not there in the available field catalogue.
