In KSO1 AND IN KS02 IAM not in a position to modify the cost cenetre period.Then

how to change.Let me know the process FOR EX PROVIOUS DATE IS 01.04.2005 TO 30.06.2008.

NOE I WANT TO DO FORM 01.04.2005 TO 31.03.2010

The analysis period cannot be beyond the maximum date, if thats what you are referring to. Unfortunately you cannot extend the validity date. If you have not posted any entries, you can delete the cost center with the tcode KS04 and recreate the cost center with the same number but a different date.

Goto TCode KS02 and enter your Controlling Area and then your Cost Centre

Goto Menu ...Edit-Analysis period - and enter periods valid from...to
