where did system get prod scheduler

Dear SAPper,

In material master i have delete production scheduler.

But still i wonder when creating planned order from MRP don;t have production scheduler.

If the planned order is converted into prod order the prod scheduler is still blank.

But after i save and check prod order again the prod scheduler is filled.

I check OPL8 the substitute prod scheduler is blank too.

Where did system get the prod scheduler?

best regards,

Freddy Ha

Hi,

In OPKP you have assign order type at bottom of screen.

And delete the production scheduling profile from OPJ9 also (00001)

Please refer this link also,

Hi,

Check OPKP: Production Scheduling Profile..

I hope you have givethe Order Types there, it will trigger the Automatic determination of Order Type..

You must have maintained this in Material Master.

In OPJ9: Production Scheduler is attached to Scheduling profile..

This is the link..

Hi,

in OPKP we don;t use the order type assignment, we use from MRP group instead.

I have deleted all antry of prod scheduler too in OPJ9

but after i save my prod order, it is automatically set to prod scheduler 2 (which is deleted in config)

is there any idea, why is this happend?

Thank you

Hi

Since you are using MRP group instead not using OPKP for order type assignment for this control parameters can be created for total planning in Customizing for MRP

which deviate from the plant parameters.

If so, system can select Order type from MRP group parameter (OPPR). I think that is the reason after you save your prod order, it is automatically set to prod scheduler 2 whic you have deleted in config.

Check at OPPR(Maintain MRP Group - Convert Planned order - Order types)

Kindly check and revert

Thanks

Hi,

the setting in MRP group n plant parameter is same for the conversion planned order to prod order.
