Run sapinst in HP Unix 11.23, get error message "Execute permission denied"

I have copied all SAP NW711_EHP1 install folders to HP unix local, change all files permission to 777 for all files, execute ./sapinst and got error messge 'Execute permission denied', but I log in as root and the file owner is root, I cannot understand why meet this error? could somebody please give me some advice.

by the way, I use NW711_0_IM_HPUX_IA64_ADA and got the error message, I use NW711_0_IM_HPUX_PARISC_ADA. the sapinst could be executed and got error message 'unable to get the handle to iamode11712'

Execute below command and start sapinst.

SET UMASK 022
