"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" occurs when execute a DTP of a Open Hub Service Table

ABAP Runtime Error "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" occurs when execute a DTP of a Open Hub Service Table to get the data from a DSO.

Anyone know why this error occur and how to fix it?

Hi,

You can try this. It works good for an infopackage but am not sure whether it helps for a DTP.

Go to SE38 and run this program RSSM_OLTP_INIT_DELTA_UPDATE giving the required details.

we have to enter the value for the LOGSYS and DATASOURCE and then execute it.

ALWAYS field can be left blank as it is optional.

Hi,

Message_type_x messgae is a very generic error..u wil have to look for more details and long text message to get what would have caused the problem
