Hi,

I know it is a painful to user to delete one by one rows. you could use a SDK code tool too beside using SAp b1 standard. Especially for updating the created document for example open sales order. Submit your issue to this forum:

/community [original link is broken]

and hope the SAP will release their future product equipped with the tool for mass deletion.

Hi Steve,

it is a system definition that it is not possible to delete multiple rows in a document at once.

As a workaround for the scenario you describe, have you considered pulling the 30 rows you wish to keep into a target document using the 'copy from' functionality & then 'customise' in the 'Draw document wizard' & then manually close the base document with the remaining 60 rows you wish to remove?

All the best,

Kerstin

Hi,

As Gordan said B1 does not support multirow selection,

you have to use either Ctrl+k or mouse.

Hi Steve,

Multi row selection is not available for most B1 documents. You have to delete those rows one by one. Using keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+K) is much faster than using mouse.

Thanks,

Gordon
