Hi,
After setting deletion flag, when I try to Archive the production order, It is not happening.
Can you tell me how to do it.
Regards
Karthikeyan
Hi Kartikeyan,
Please check in Order Type. What is the Residence Time 1 and Residece Time 2 is given for Reorganisation Run. These times will be in Calender Months. Unless these two conditions are met NO Archieving can take place, even if the Program is run. Please see this and let me know

Karthikeyan,
After setting deletion Flag you need to run program "PPARCHP1" to set deletion Indicator to order. Once that is done and if the storage database is connected to R/3 by basis team you can run program "PPARCHA1" to archieve the data.

Hi,
You need to set deletion flag in your producton order for mass procossing you can use COHV or CO44.
This is absolutely fine to set the deletion flag to archieve the Production Orders.
Check entries in COGI or CO1P.
Program : PPARCHA1 for Archiving and PPARCHD1 for Deletion from the System.
If you set the DLFL, it is not mandatory to set the DLT.
After Residence time 1, you can set the DLT.
But, you need to wait till the Residence Time 2 to elapse

Hi,
Check OPJH for Residence time 1 and Residence time 2.
Residence time 1:
After setting the DLFL, This time should elapse to set the DLT.
If the Res. Time 1 is 2 (Months), you should wait for 2 months to set the DLT after DLFL.
If you change the Res. Time 1 in OPJH to 0 months, then it is possible to set the DLT immediately.
But, there will be chances of disturbing the Order Number ranges, so be careful while changing the data in OPJH..
Regards,
Siva
