Work Schedule Rule extension

Hi

I have a list of 41,00 Work schedule rules to be extended.

The employee sub grouping, public hol calendar id, pers sub are grouping and Work schedule rule are different for different cases.

I have an excel sheet of the details.

Is there a way i can extend these without doing manually.

I cant run a batch job as well as there is some problem with the system.

Can you please help me out how can i accomplish this, without doing manually.

Can someone, please give a clue on this
