Set Types and Attributes

Hello Experts,

I have a small doubt in configuring for products.

I have a Product P1 in which I have added some settypes in which one is for showing 3 fields

1.ZVENDOR_ID Vendor ID

2.ZAGRMNT Agreement

3.ZAGRMNT_ITEM Agreement Item

I have added the settype to that to a category also.

Now I have a product P2 in which I am using another settype which has extra 2 attributes(apart from the above)

I have added the settype to another category.

I am able to store the data through COMMPR01 and its working fine .But when the front end is trying to retrieve these attirbutes value in XML only the attributes of Product P1 is succesfully coming .For Product P2 its not coming.

Can u please suggest me where to check for errors.

Can u please tell me what all things need to be checked in case of setttypes and attributes???check Basic things.

Hi Neeraj

Set Types are assigned to a Hierarchy and subsequent Category. I'm curious to know how you've structured this.

I also need to understand why for differing products you're using different Set Types, would it not be simpler to use the same set types for your products.

It is possible for one Hierachy to have multiple Categories which share the same Set Types.
