Control receipe creation in process order

Hi,

Can you please tell me how to create control receipe.

After releasing the process order when I select the button for creating control receipe. System shows error as " No control receipe generated"

Please tell me the basic steps required to create control receipe and PI sheet.

Hy Kartik,

Find out reason behind no control Recipe Genration by below path,

Process Order --- > Go To ---> Logs ---> On PI Genration /Ctr Recipe Generation.

It will give idea regarding Error.And find out which phase contrains the syntax error.

Now go to Operation Screen and select that phase and then

Go to Operation Manu -> Function for Phase and Operation-> Check control Recipe Syntax.

Correct that error and if required share with us.

Hi,

I checked the process order operation details,there it shows as control receipe not generated. After i created manually and sent and PI sheet also view.

Normally When you release the process order system should generate the control receipe automatically. but it is not happening in my case . can you please where I am doing mistake exactly.

HI,

For auto Control Recipe (PI Sheet) Generation do below config setting.

Go to T.Code CORY - Production scheduling Profile.

Select Plant and Production scheduling Profile which you have assign in Work scheduling View of Material Master.

Go to Details.

And Tick Create Control Recipe on Release.

Hi,

Check In master Recipe ,in the PI Tab,There must be some PI category is assigned and in that PI Category,this PI Charactiristic has been assigned.

First goto that Phase of the Master Recipe and then goto PI tab and then find the PI category.

In Process order

Goto->List->Control Recipe List--->

As per above link first find out Control Recipe is generated or not and also find out its status.

If Status is Created then you can find it in CO53,

if status is Sent then you can find it in CO55 or CO60
