U can go through with both table and templete,depend on req .if u want to show border lines prefer table.
just right click on window and create.

At the window :
Right click-->Create Table.
and in the header,main window,Footer give condtions and table format.
Mainly you have to set main window where the main data will be displayed.

Right click on Window ->create table
give some name doub' clk on table name it will navigate to table window layout.
