RECENT HISTORY IS NOT GETTING DISPLAYED FOR AN USER

HI GURUS ,

one single user is having a problem , in whatever the transactions he goes , the recently entered values are not getting displayed for him .

his GUI version is same as all the other users .

what would be the problem ?

Please explain as it is not clear.What tcode and steps is the user following?

in the text boxes when we give the first letter , recently entered texts in that text box is not getting displayed

Are your problem resolved? If not try to check in this users

Sapworkdir folder the *.mdb file, are you see any (at least 1) mdb file? All history are stored here, also check in gui settings if the "Low speed connection" are selected, when history also not works. Regards.
