posted document workflow

here is my rek, when ever the g/l doc is completed (not parked ,that means in workflow tab of doc doc.completed is checked ) in FB50 i want to trigger workflow to user for posting or rejecting,

i have tried with ws00400004 and ws00400032 ,here after finishing ws004000004 user is not getting any message in inbox for posting the document , but in started workflow its showing WS00400032 is executed and halted at the first fork step.

can any one tell me how to trigger the message after completing document for posting .

Hi

Assign the user at the task itself (check the menu of task) and save. User will get the work item.
