Post to Inspection Stock Problem

Dear Gurus,

What are the other ways for a material to be able to be posted in "QI stocks aside from MM02? I am referring to a production order when GR should be in QI stocks. I am using CO11N for production order GR not MIGO. Is there a setting in CO02 where I can set-up inorder for the stocks to be posted in "QI"?

Hy Ching,

In Order type dependent parameter T.code OPL8 :- You can activate Inspection type 03/04.And in Production order (CO02) go to goods receipt tab.Here you can select stock type as

__ Unrestricted

1 Quality inspection

2 Block.

hi

1.you have to activate in the material master inQM view.

or 2. you have option to cahnge the stock type in order co02, goto Goods recipt view there you can change to QI.

hai quality professional,,

When i do GRNS for a particular material, stock is directly posted to quality inspection.

But i have checked, no inspetion lots are created,

Whar is the problem, how to clear these inspection lot quantities?
